Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your TINT phone. If it isn't the right fit, here's exactly how returns and refunds work, no surprises.

1. Return window

You have 14 days from delivery to start your return and ship it back.

2. What you get back

It depends on the condition the phone comes back in:

• Like-new (unused, with all its packaging and accessories), a full refund minus a flat $35 restocking fee, which covers the shipping both ways.
• Used, we'll still take it back, with a $75 fee in place of the $35.
• Damaged, not working, missing parts, or with the kosher protection changed, not eligible for a refund. If something's genuinely wrong with the phone, that's what your 90-day warranty is for.

We'll always confirm your exact refund before we process it.

3. How to start a return

Use our Return Request form, or email tintkosherphone@gmail.com or call/text/WhatsApp +1 (329) 224-9762 with your order number. We'll email you a prepaid return label, it's already included in the fee.

4. Your refund

Once we receive the phone and confirm its condition, we refund your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Any promo discount or referral reward on the order is reversed.

5. Defective or under warranty

If the phone arrives defective, or something under your 90-day warranty stops working, reach out and we'll repair or replace it at no charge, no fee.

6. Agreement

By placing an order with TINT, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.
