This form is how a return is started. Filling it in is what puts your request on record and stops the 14-day clock, so please use it even if you have already spoken to us.

Before you start, the terms

You have 14 days from delivery to file this form. After that the phone is no longer returnable.
Your refund is everything you paid, less three things: the shipping you paid, the prepaid return label we send you, and the card processing fee the card company keeps. We confirm the exact amounts for your order before refunding you.
A phone that is damaged, water damaged, has a cracked screen, is missing parts, or has had the kosher filtering altered may have further charges deducted, or may not be refundable at all.
Once we email your prepaid label, the phone must be postmarked within 7 days or the return is cancelled.
Every return is inspected when it arrives. We confirm your exact refund with you before we process it.
The card processing fee of about 3% is kept by the card company and is not part of the refund.
