Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your TINT phone. This policy explains returns and refunds.

1. Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

2. Condition

• The phone must be unused and in its original packaging, with all included accessories.
• Phones that show use, damage, or missing items may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

3. How to start a return

The easiest way is our Return Request form. You can also email tintkosherphone@gmail.com or call/text +1 (329) 224-9762 with your order number. We'll send return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method, typically within a few business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

6. Defective or damaged items

If your phone arrives defective or is covered under warranty, contact us and we'll repair or replace it at no charge.
