Limited Warranty

Effective date: June 2026

TINT — Kosher Phones ("TINT", "we", "us") provides the following limited hardware warranty on phones purchased directly from tintkosherphone.com. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state.

1. What this warranty covers

We warrant that your phone will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears during this period, we will, at our sole option and as your exclusive remedy, repair or replace the device (with a new or equivalent refurbished unit) or refund the purchase price.

2. Warranty period

The warranty period is 90 days from the delivery date. Any repaired or replaced device is covered only for the remainder of the original 90-day period, not a new period.

3. Dead on arrival (DOA)

If your phone does not power on or is non-functional out of the box, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at tintkosherphone@gmail.com. Verified DOA units will be replaced at no cost to you, including shipping.

4. What this warranty does NOT cover

This warranty does not apply to any problem caused by, or to:

• Accidental damage, drops, cracks, dents, bent frames, or other physical damage;
• Liquid, moisture, or water damage;
• Scratches, scuffs, screen burn-in, and normal cosmetic wear and tear;
• Battery capacity loss over time and other consumable parts;
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, or use outside the product's intended purpose;
• Damage from unauthorized repair, opening, modification, or service by anyone other than TINT;
• Tampering with, bypassing, removing, rooting, flashing, or attempting to circumvent the kosher filtering system or device software (this also voids the entire warranty);
• Software, apps, the app catalog, content, or data — all provided "as is";
• Loss, theft, or devices with a removed, altered, or unreadable serial number;
• Damage from power surges, faulty chargers/accessories not supplied by us, fire, flood, or other external causes;
• Any device not purchased directly from tintkosherphone.com.

5. How to make a claim

File a claim using our Warranty Claim form, or email tintkosherphone@gmail.com / call/text +1 (329) 224-9762 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable. We may ask you to perform basic troubleshooting first. If we approve the claim, we will provide return instructions.

Damage that isn't covered (drops, cracks, water)? We can still help — request a paid Repair.

6. Shipping for warranty service

Except for verified DOA units, the customer is responsible for shipping the device to us for inspection. If a covered defect is confirmed, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement device to you. If no covered defect is found, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

This is the only express warranty we provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other express or implied warranties — including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — are limited in duration to the 90-day warranty period. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, or for any loss of data. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the device. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
